We take orders for our beef and lamb. Beef is available regularly throughout the year. It is expertly butchered by Blackmore Vale Butchery and presented as beef boxes. Lamb is available in October and again in the New Year. Mutton is occasionally available. We pride ourselves that our prices are very competitive for a products that are of the very best quality.
We can despatch our meat to anywhere on the UK mainland in insulated boxes, packed with ice, and by next day delivery by courier.
Beef Boxes: These typically contain one eighth of the carcass, consisting of a selection of joints, diced beef and minced beef.
Fillet is not included in the beef box. This prime cut is sold separately at the prevailing retail price.
If requested, we can supply beef in smaller quantities. Our lamb is also butchered by Blackmore Vale Butchery and is available as a whole animal or as a half. The lamb consists of leg, shoulder, chops and rolled flank.
